Congratulations to forward Robin Mullen who today scored her 100th goal for the Nottingham Vipers.
Dalhousie Tiger Alumni Robin joined the Vipers in 2013 and scored an impressive 16 goals in her first season. This scoring run continued in to the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons (37 and 23 respectively). However, in 2016 Robin was struck with a injury which saw her sidelined for two seasons.
Rejoining the team for the 2018-19 season it wasn’t long before Robin was back to her scoring ways picking up an impressive 9 goals from her first 5 games. The scoring run continued picking up a further 12 goals, leaving her at 97 goals before today’s game against Bracknell.
With a hat trick performance today the 100th goal was achieved.
All of the management and coaching staff at the Nottingham Vipers would like to congratulate Robin on this momentous achievement.
Coach Chris Keal added “Robin is a true goal scorer, we can rely on her to help the team and get a goal when needed.”
